Modig MD61001 – Dual Tenso is an advanced, dual-channel measurement module designed for direct interfacing with two independent strain gauge load cells. While load cells are a key component of weighing and force measurement systems, operating them requires a precise and stable analog signal chain. The MD61001 module completely eliminates this barrier by handling bridge power supply, signal conditioning, filtering, as well as calibration procedures.
The device features exceptional versatility when it comes to integration with master systems. It allows for digital readout of processed, ready-to-use results via a USB interface (CDC virtual serial port emulation), which simplifies connectivity with PCs or industrial minicomputers. Additionally, for traditional automation systems (such as PLC controllers), the module offers configurable analog outputs: standard voltage ranges (0…5 V / 0…10 V) and a 4…20 mA current loop.
