Modig MD20006 – Multibus 32 Relays is a powerful actuator module equipped with as many as 32 independent relays, designed for extensive automation systems, control cabinets, and smart building installations.
The key advantage of the device is its unique “Multibus” communication architecture, which enables parallel control of the relays via three independent interfaces: industrial RS485, universal USB, and the Qwire I2C bus. The RS485 interface allows for seamless integration with distributed home and industrial automation installations over long distances. The USB port provides an instant connection to Single Board Computers (SBCs) such as the Raspberry Pi, while the dedicated Qwire I2C interface enables direct control from smaller microcontrollers, including Arduino-family boards.
All communication lines operate in parallel and are equipped with advanced filters and a series of protections, guaranteeing faultless and stable module operation even in environments exposed to strong electromagnetic interference.
